Jason Cates

Graduated from the UT Tyler with my Bachelor of Science and Masters in Business Administration in 2019. My background comes from a variety of different industries including healthcare, retail, construction supply, and landscaping/nursery industries. My skillsets including financial analysis, workflow process improvement, management of inventory and inventory processes.

Pamela Cates

I graduated with honors from California State University East Bay, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. I have six years of audit experience in Big 4 Public Accounting, working with Ernst & Young and KPMG Peat Marwick. I have twenty years of experience as a CPA, although I am currently not active. My consulting experience spans two decades, mainly in the role of a controller. Additionally, I have provided services in audit preparation and review, with an emphasis on internal controls.

Mensarii Business Solutions LLC was established to support the community of small business owners by providing cost-effective solutions that promote the prosperity of small businesses. This concept echoes the Roman era when special bankers, known as Mensarii, served as a resource to the populace and businesses in both prosperous and uncertain times. It’s with this historical inspiration, we are dedicated to offering today's business owners more than mere bookkeeping services, aiming to provide them with absolute peace of mind for the future.
